CANCELLATION POLICY

Rescheduling Policy: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you do so within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Changes made within this time frame will be accommodated without any additional charges. However, rescheduling requests made after the 24-hour window will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price. No-Call, No-Show Policy: For any appointments where there is a no-call, no-show situation, a charge of 100% of the scheduled service will be applied. Lash packages/ bundle policies: Lash specials and packages are non refundable and must be used within 3 months. Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be paused or transferred. Package discounts are prepaid and non-transferable. Refund Policy: Please note that all transactions are final, and I do not offer refunds for my services. However, your satisfaction is my priority, and I am committed to resolving any concerns you may have. Lash Issue Resolution: If you encounter any issues with your lash service, I kindly ask that you notify me within 72 hours of your last appointment. If needed, a complimentary touch up or removal will be scheduled. I appreciate your understanding of these policies, as they help me maintain the highest level of service for all of my clients. OFFICIAL TRAINING POLICY: AP LASH ARTISTRY Please read carefully before booking. By submitting payment, you agree to the following terms. 1. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY All payments made for Trainings, Mentorships, and Masterclasses are 100% Non-Refundable. This applies to: • Deposits: The 50% booking fee required to secure your date. • Full Tuition: Payments made in full via credit card, cash, or financing. • Kits: Once a kit has been ordered or opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Why this policy exists: Our trainings are intimate, 1:1 VIP experiences with extremely limited availability (only 4 spots per month). When you book a date, that entire day is removed from our calendar, preventing other students or clients from booking. Additionally, significant costs are incurred immediately upon booking to prepare your student kit and secure models. 2. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS We understand that emergencies happen. Our rescheduling policy is as follows: • 14+ Days Notice: You may reschedule your training date one time without penalty. Your deposit/payment will transfer to the new date. • Less Than 14 Days Notice: Rescheduling within this window results in a forfeit of your deposit ($375) or a 50% re-booking fee if paid in full. We cannot fill a full-day VIP slot on short notice. • No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled training without notice results in a forfeiture of the full tuition. No exceptions. 3. PAYMENT TERMS • Financing (Klarna/Afterpay/Affirm): If you are using third-party financing, the full tuition amount is due at the time of booking. Any repayment agreements are strictly between you and the financing provider. • Deposits: If paying directly, a non-refundable deposit is required to lock your date. The remaining balance is due strictly 48 hours prior to the start of class. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your session. 4. LATENESS This is a condensed, high-intensity masterclass. Please arrive on time. • Arriving more than 20 minutes late will cut into your theory or demo time. We cannot extend the class past the scheduled end time. 5. MODEL POLICY • Provided Models: AP Lash Artistry provides models for the Demo and Hands-On portion of the class. If a model cancels last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our absolute best to find a replacement or use a mannequin/practice substitute for technique correction. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
